Work with Documents
You are able to submit documents in support of the query you have submitted. You can add these documents at the time of submitting the query or later, after the query has already been submitted.
To attach a document when submitting the query:
If you need to change the name or description of a document after you have uploaded it, click the edit icon on the relevant row in the data grid.
You cannot change the file that is attached to the record. To do this, you will first need to delete the original record and then upload a new document to take its place.
You can download any of the documents you or the Operator have attached to the query by clicking the download icon alongside the relevant document in either of the data grids available on the Documents tab.
You can delete any of the documents you have attached to the query by clicking the trash can icon alongside the relevant document in the top data grid under Documents tab.
