Triage

As a Triage Operator, you have the responsibility for receiving, reviewing and assigning queries that are submitted to Risk Management.

To work with an unassigned query:

• Navigate to the Triage Dashboard by selecting Triage from the Risk Management Menu
• Click on the green Details icon to view the query details

Once you have reviewed the query details you may mark the query as confidential and then assign it to an operator/responsible person.

The Triage option is only available to Risk Management team members who have been assigned Triage permissions


When you access the Triage Dashboard, the unassigned queries will be listed by your default category. If you are a Triage Operator for more than one category, you can change the items listed by changing the options in the selector drop down at the top right of the report.
