Capture the resolution

When the query is ready to be resolved, the Operator/Reviewer captures resolution details and either submits it for review or closes it directly.

• Locate and access the relevant query
• Navigate to the Resolution details screen on the query sub-menu
• Capture the resolution.
• Either click “Record resolution and close query”

This card shows all input provided by query specialists that you may have invited to provide input on the query. You can leave these comments in place or delete them all.

Bear in mind, that only Risk Management team members can see these comments.
