Query precedents
Precedents may be created on queries that have been resolved in order to assist Risk Management team members with the resolution of future queries. This information is not available to non-Risk Management personnel
All query precedents that have been created can be accessed by Risk Management Team members under the Risk Management Menu.

You can also view a query precedent when working on a query by navigating to the Resolution menu and clicking the “Edit/View” precedent button
Precedents can only be recorded against a query that has been resolved. To add a precedent:
Precedents can only be edit from the precedents report by Risk Management Administrators.
If you created a precedent for a query that you previously work on, you will be able to edit it.
Precedents can only be deleted by Risk Management Administrators
