Query Specialists

As you work on a query, you may need input from other people within the firm. These specialists can be invited to access the query and submit their comments in order to help you with your resolution.

You can invite specialists directly to the query using the buttons at the bottom of the query details screen.
To invite a specialist:

• Locate and access the relevant query
• Navigate to the Specialists screen on the query sub-menu
• Click “Invite specialist”
• Select the person from the drop down list
• Click “Invite”

An email and notification will automatically be sent to the selected specialist.

To remove a specialist:

• Locate and access the relevant query
• Navigate to the Specialists screen on the query sub-menu
• Click the “delete” icon alongside the relevant specialist
