Triage - Assign a query to an Operator

To assign a non-confidential query:

• Navigate to the Triage Dashboard by selecting Triage from the Risk Management Menu
• Click on the green Details icon to view the query details
• In the query details card, click Assign Operator
• Note that the drop-down list only shows users who have been identified by the webapp administrators as operators for the query's selected category
• Select the operator from the list and click Assign

The Operator will receive an email notification and task.
