Query Specialists

Other operators might invite you to submit comments on their query so that you can help them to resole that query. To find all the queries to which you have been invited as a specialist:

• Select “Queries assigned to me as a specialist” from the Operator/Specialist menu
• Click the binoculars alongside any query to access and work on it

The specialist report shows all queries from the category that you have defined as your default category in the user preferences screen. To view queries from other categories (or to limit the list based on query status), use the selectors at the top-right of the data grid.
