Common issues experienced when users try to access to the system:

• User area/country not found
• User not found in AD
• User details incorrect

When working with the system, users may have some of the following questions:

• User invited as a delegate cannot find the query in the delegate list
• User invited as a specialist cannot find the query in their dashboard
