Manage FAQs, Links and Supporting Documents
Use each of the options under the Configuration to manage Frequently Asked Questions, Supporting Documents and Policies and External Links.
This feature is only available to Risk Management Personnel who have been assigned “Administrator” access.
Create a list of common issues (or questions) that are raised by your users on a frequent basis and then provide the answers here. Items you add here are available to users in the “Frequently Asked Questions” screen under the HELP menu.
Upload any documents that will assist users in understanding your organisation’s processes and policies. Items you add here are available to users in the “Helpful Documents” screen under the HELP menu.
You may wish to direct users to external sources for additional assistance or reference purposes. Items you add here are available to users in the “External Links” screen under the HELP menu.
