RMQS

Manager Risk Management Team


All users in your organisation have access to RMQS to submit queries. However, you have to assign access to anybody who needs to work as an Operator, Reviewer, Triage Administrator or Administrator.
This feature is only available to Risk Management Personnel who have been assigned Administrator access.


Add a team member

Navigate to “Risk Management Team” under the Configuration menu.

  • Click “Add User”
  • Select the user from the drop down list
  • Assign access rights by clicking the appropriate check boxes
  • If necessary, add specialisations for the user
  • Click “Add”



Note on adding specialisations
You can add multiple specialisations for the user. The options presented in the select list are dependent on the categories to which you have assigned the specialist. To add each option, select the specialisation from the drop down list - it will be added using a pill (as in the image below). To remove a specialisation from the user, simply click the 'x' in the relevant option.




Specialist Matrix

As you add team members with specialisations, you will fill up the specialist matrix. Click “Specialist Matrix” to see the results and to manage the allocations to team members.



Edit/Delete team members

  • Click “Risk Management Team” under the Configuration menu
  • To edit a team member's access, click the “edit” icon alongside the relevant user and complete the details in the modal.
  • To remove a team member's access, click the “delete” icon alongside the relevant team member and confirm the action.
