Where to get help
Help is always at hand from anywhere on the platform. Simply click the “Service Desk” link in the main menu bar or in the left-hand apps bar.
On this page you will see the contact details for
Your Organisation's Administrator - This is an appointed person in your organisation who administers your organisation's presence on the platform. They manage your organisation's profile, review transactions and are the first point of call when you need assistance.
Your Organisation's Platform Sponsor - This is person in the sponsor organisation who has been appointed to look after all clients that are created on the platform. They will be the first point of support for any Organisation Administrator and will provide them all the help they need.
