If your organisation has a premium subscription in place, you will be able to add items to your cart and request quotes/invoices for payment. If not, you will still be able to add items to your cart but won't be able to complete transactions.

Pay for items in the cart

The table on this screen contains a summary of all items you have added to your cart. Depending on how your employer organisation has been set up, you can pay using a project code, request a quote or invoice in order to complete your transaction.

  1. Select the item(s) in the table
  2. Click the check box alongside each item you want to include in the transaction (or click the “Select All” checkbox at the top of the data grid to select all items.
  3. Click on “Pay with Project Code”, “Request Invoice” or “Request Quote”
  4. A quote/invoice will open that you can use to arrange for payment or authorisation. If paying with a project code, you will be asked to enter the code to complete your transaction.
  5. Some items may require pre-clearance in accordance with our risk policies. Where this is the case, we will obtain this clearance once we receive your project code, order or request for quote.

Note: Your purchased item(s) will only be unlocked and available to you after payment has been received and (where relevant) risk clearance is obtained.

Remove items from your cart

  1. Select the item(s) in the table
  2. Click the check box alongside each item you want to remove from the cart (or click the “Select All” checkbox at the top of the data grid to select all items.
  3. Click on “Remove from Cart”
