Calendar


The calendar shows important events for your organisation. All events added by your organisation administrator are displayed here.

A mini calendar is displayed on the landing page for quick reference but users can also access a larger version by clicking the “Calendar” link in the apps menu.

Only the Organisation's Calendar Administrator can add, edit or delete items on the calendar.


If you are the Calendar Administrator:

Add an event

  1. Navigate to the “Calendar” by clicking the link in the app menu
  2. Click the “Add an event” button
  3. In the modal that opens, add the details of the event
  4. Click “Add” to add the event to the calendar

Edit an existing event

  1. Navigate to the “Calendar” by clicking the link in the app menu
  2. Click on the event
  3. In the modal that opens, change the details as necessary
  4. Click “Save Changes” to record the changes

Delete an event

  1. Navigate to the “Calendar” by clicking the link in the app menu
  2. Click on the event
  3. In the modal that opens, click “Delete” and then confirm the action
